The Trapdoor

In post-war Britain, young Billy lives on a street where the bombed ruins of house Number Seven hold much fascination. The other children are afraid to go into the ruins which were once the home of the mysterious Mr. Smith, but not Billy, he is a brave boy. One dark night, Billy decides to explore the ruins by himself, convinced that he will be able to hear echoes from the past.

Written for Halloween in 2024, this is the second of my short stories.

Pod By The Fireside Out Now

Pod By The Fireside - Out Now! What an exciting week this is. Not only did I get to record episode 5 of Pod By The Fireside with friend of the show Fenrir Thorvaldsen , but this week marks the official launch of the podcast itself.  The plan had been to launch episodes 1, 2, and 3 all at the same time, but due to what I'm referring to as a successful test, episode 1 has snuck out ahead of the other two. As things stand, Episode 1, which is titled, Why Werewolves, is available on Spotify , Audible , Apple Podcasts , Amazon Music , YouTube , and via a whole multitude of Podcast apps which grab podcasts from wherever they can be found, meaning it's available via more platforms than I even know about.
